Help us raise $5000 before EOFY!

Help Spare Parts Puppet Theatre raise $5000 for our Schools Inclusion Program!

Do you believe that every West Australian child should have the opportunity to engage with the performing arts to help them learn, grow, and become positive forces in their communities? We do!

Studies show that exposure to the arts improves young people’s sense of enjoyment, purpose and identity, and can positively change the direction of a young person’s life by engaging them mentally, physically, and emotionally. Unfortunately due to distance, cost, or some other disadvantage some young people don’t have access to these life-changing experiences.

To assist with providing all Western Australian children with the opportunity to engage, learn and grow through meaningful encounters with the performing arts, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre with support from Fremantle Ports and private donors through our Adopt a Puppet program  developed our Schools Inclusion Program.

In 2018 through our program we’ll be able to offer subsidised ticketing and bussing to schools and students experiencing disadvantage in order to attend a performance as part of our 2018 Schools Program.

What does the Schools Inclusion Program provide?

  • Subsidised tickets for any of our schools performances across terms 3 -4 in 2018.
  • A contribution towards bussing costs to and from the venue.
  • For every 8 students, one teacher attends free.

With tax time just around the corner we are looking to raise $5000 to go towards our Schools Inclusion Program and we need your help!!

How can you help?

$8.00  “Every child matters” donation = Supports one student to see a show in our theatre.

$80.00 “Better with friends” donation = Supports a group of 10 students to see a show in our theatre.

$260.00 “Take the whole class” donation=  Supports 40 students to see a show in our theatre.

$500.00 “Ticket to ride” donation = Supports the cost of a bus to transport three classes of students to our Fremantle theatre.

$900.00 “ALL ABOARD” donation = 60 student and bus transportation costs to our Fremantle theatre.

Help us to continue to provide world class puppetry and life changing experiences that connect audiences across generations to children who usually miss out on these magical moments! Every child deserves the opportunity to imagine, wonder and learn through the performing arts and with as little as $8 you could provide one child with an experience that they will remember forever.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible. Any donations over $120 will also automatically receive an invitation to become a Puppet Parent and their choice of puppet to adopt for the year through our Adopt a Puppet program!
