Production History
Spellbound
Inspired by Stravinsky’s ballet Petrushka
Zeno, the magician invites you into his world of illusion and intrigue. Spells are cast and his puppets, the beautiful Ballerina, the handsome Strongman and the clumsy outcast clown come to life. We discover the Magician is evil and his three puppets are tormented by his spell. Mirrors, swords and flowers come to life as the magic takes its effect. How will the spell ever be broken?
Spellbound is a magical adventure story of love and friendship, the transforming power of imagination and a puppet who dreams of being free.
