Eat the Moon
An original work written by Heather Nimmo
What would you do if a crack in the wall opened to reveal a tunnel of moonlight? What would you do if you woke up one day to discover you were in the middle of a fairytale? What would you do if you discovered you could eat the moon?
Eat the Moon is a modern day fairytale from one of Australia’s leading theatre writers, Heather Nimmo.
In a suburb somewhere, Jess and Zac dream of visiting the city, but Mum is always working and Dad’s struggling to juggle his career and home duties, so it seems that it is only imagination that will get them there. Is the big city more than just skyscrapers and shops? Jess and Zac pick up where Hansel and Gretel left off in this contemporary take on the classic lost and found adventure story.
